Dr. Scott Tenold
Dr. Scott Tenold did his undergraduate work at Westmar University in Lamars, Iowa. Following that he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa and completed his Doctorate in 1985.
Through extensive post-graduate study he has been board certified as a Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP), Chiropractic Rehabilitation Doctor (ACRB Level I), and has additional training in Whiplash from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. Dr. Scott holds certification in Cold Laser Therapy. He has a Certificate of Completion for ReBuilder Treatment for Neuropathy through Rebuilder Medical, Inc.
Both he and his wife, Dr. Lisa Tenold , practiced in Arizona for four years prior to moving to the Eau Claire area in 1990. Together, they started Tenold Chiropractic Health & Rehab Clinic.
They have two sons.
Dr. Lisa Tenold
Dr. Lisa Tenold is a native of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. After attending the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, for her undergraduate courses she attended Palmer College of Chiropractic and finished her Doctorate in 1985.
She has additional certification in Cox© Distraction Technique and has demonstrated proficiency in the Webster Technique. She has additional training in Whiplash Trauma from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. She is also a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP).
Dr. Lisa holds certification in Cold Laser Therapy. She has a special interest in the areas of maternity care and pediatrics. She has a Certificate of Completion for ReBuilder Treatment for Neuropathy through Rebuilder Medical, Inc.
Her practice was based in a multi-doctor clinic in Phoenix, Arizona from 1985-1990. She and her husband, Dr. Scott Tenold, opened Tenold Chiropractic Health & Rehab Clinic in 1990.
The Tenolds have two sons and two grandchildren.
Dr. Cole Segerstrom
Dr. Cole Segerstrom is originally from Mondovi, WI. Dr. Segerstrom grew up on a dairy farm and loves the outdoors. He attended University of Wisconsin-Stout and Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. He was nominated for the Clinical Excellence Award and was awarded the Diagnostic Service Award. Dr. Segerstrom graduated with honors, Cum Laude, from Palmer College of Chiropractic.
His Chiropractic interest include Sports Chiropractic and Rehabilitation. Dr. Cole holds certification in Cold Laser Therapy. Being an athlete himself, who relied on Chiropractic care to keep him in the game, he wants to ensure you receive the same care and are functioning at optimal capacity. He also has a Certificate of Completion for ReBuilder Treatment for Neuropathy through Rebuilder Medical, Inc. and is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP).
He spends his free time with his two children. They pursue the Whitetail deer, golf, and enjoy living an active lifestyle. He looks forward to serving you and your family for all your health care needs.
Dr. Kevin Anderson
Dr. Kevin Anderson grew up in Pembine, WI, a small town in the northeast part of the state. Following high school he attended Lakeland University in Sheboygan, WI, where he earned his biology degree in 2007. He then enrolled in Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. He graduated with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2011.
While attending Palmer, he met his wife, Dr. Stephanie, and they married later in 2011. Following graduation they practiced in Kentucky for four years before moving to Indiana to start their own practice in 2014. After eight years, they decided to move to WI to join Tenold Chiropractic Health & Rehab Clinic in 2023.
Dr Kevin enjoys working with patients of all ages but especially athletes. He has continued his education with courses in Kinesiotaping, Applied Kinesiology, FAKTR (Functional and Kinematic Treatment with Rehab), functional movement therapy and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization).
Outside of work Dr. Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Stephanie, and their sons Easton and Colton. The enjoy the outdoors along with many different sports and activities with the boys.
Dr. Stephanie Anderson
Dr. Stephanie Anderson is originally from Terre Haute, Indiana. She earned her undergraduate degree from Purdue University at IUPUI. She attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. Dr. Anderson graduated in 2011 with high honors, Magna Cum Laude, from Palmer College of Chiropractic. She was also awarded the Pi Tau Delta award and was recognized as a Presidential Scholar.
Before joining Tenold Chiropractic in 2023, Dr. Stephanie spent the last eight years owning and running a practice with her husband, Dr. Kevin, in Indiana.
Dr. Stephanie's interests include maternity, pediatrics, and athletes of all ages. Dr. Stephanie has further training with Kinesiotaping, Applied Kinesiology, FAKTR (Functional and Kinematic Treatment with Rehab), and Functional Movement. She has also pursued advanced training in post-partum core rehab.
When she is not in the office, Dr. Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Kevin, and following their two sons around to sporting events.
